✨✨✨✨✨AL says: He said he could deliver on the day we asked for, said he'd take away the old mattress, and would be there at our appointed time.

Because the new mattress was about 4 inches thicker than what we had, he recommended we swap out the existing box springs for a lower profile set.

He arrived on time, took out the old mattress, helped us install a new mattress protector, replaced the box springs. It all took less than 30 minutes.

So, it has been about 2 weeks now. I waited to review until we had slept for a couple weeks on the mattress. What a pleasant difference. I sleep very well and haven't been back in the spare room one time!

Everyone is happy and I wholeheartedly recommend Joel and his method for mattress shopping.

I would do this again in a moment but we think the new mattress will last at least ten years before we need another one.
