Thank you to everyone who has supported NLSO in our mission efforts over the last few weeks! We believe the Lord was glorified by our worship and testimonies. We're grateful for the new partnership that we were able to help form between the churches that we served, the three projectors that were donated to the church partners, the new friendships amongst our team and in Italy, the report from the prisoner mentioned in our previous post, the report from a small group of atheists and the other stories of God’s work that were shared. We pray that many seeds were planted. NLSO musicians made a difference for the Kingdom by choosing to go in obedience to the Great Commission. ❤️

We concluded the trip with a final concert back at Siamoumo in Casalnuovo, where Susan Gibney and Johnny Fuller shared faith stories. Many were blessed, especially as we ended with "How Great Thou Art" in honor of their founding pastor. We were so grateful for their hospitality as the ladies of the church prepared a delicious dinner for us afterwards.
Thursday's event was at the Naples prison. We weren't able to take electronic devices into the prison, so we don't have any pictures besides this one out of the outside. Faith stories were shared by Alan Suska, Lorelei Barton, and Brandon Berens. After we finished, one of the inmates told us that although they couldn't leave the prison, the prison has left them. Praise be to God!
I think the players are pretty worn out! 😂
