1. New construction homes will be flying off the market with out of state clients, as many owners who hold heavy equity may consider renovation versus relocation.
2. As DFW is “quoted” to be the second hottest market in the country (behind Austin) we’re anticipated to see shorter days on market.
3. More competitive offers, shorter closing times, and less “buyer demands” (ex. inspections, and fixes). A requirement for “stronger buyers made by sellers”.
