Do you have a child with special needs? If so, you can score FREE Music Therapy at SMU.

SMU’s Music Therapy Residence Program has some sessions available on Tuesdays or Thursdays between the times of 11:00 to 1:00. You’d be able to watch your child’s sessions through 2 way glass. It is pretty adorable.

This program educates SMU students to become Music Therapists, and this is how they earn their practicum hours. You can email Sara Chigani, MT-BC at [email protected] for more details.

Orofacial myofunctional therapy works! For each movement we do with our mouth and face, we must sequence and time the many muscles movements to be optimal, efficient, and effective!!!

In addition, these muscles must have optimal stability, strength, tone, and coordination!
