About Brisket Twist.........There was an idea to take what people love the most about BBQ, and put a spin or "twist" to it! We don’t call ourselves "BBQ", because you won't find your traditional "BBQ" here! We are starting out on the weekends, beginning in March, at the newly renovated Dallas Farmer's Market, and we are starting out with 5 of the best, and unique menu items.
