FRIDAY MICROMOBILITY SUMMIT:
Friday, our students will begin their interactive day with a Plenary Session with Steven Duong of AECOM and a moderated discussion with Lawrence Agu, III of the City of Dallas at All Saints Church (901 S Ervay St, Dallas, TX 75201) from 9:30-10:30 am. After a break for their Advisory and Lunch, they will participate in 10 concurrent workshops. You're welcome to attend-- session one will be from 1-2 pm and session two will be from 2:10-3:10 pm. After these sessions, the youth will return to CityLab High School for an informal celebration concluding at 4:15 pm.

WHERE: City of Dallas City Hall (1500 Marilla, Dallas, TX 75201)- Workshops spaces vary based on topic:
~ Top 10 DART Stops- on First Floor of City Hall
~ Ecological Impact= Lower Level in Auditorium
~ Hands On Bike Maintenance- City Hall Plaza
~ Exploring Trail System- Lower Level in Auditorium
~ Careers in Transportation- City Hall Lobby
~ Future of Transportation- L1EN Conference Room
~ Bike Brigade/Learn to Ride- City Hall Plaza
~ Walkable Communities- 1FN Conference Room
~ My Daily Commute Contest- City Hall Lobby
~ Towards a Healthier You- L1 Auditorium
ANOTHER ACTIVITY: Nine seniors from CityLab will be showcasing posters of their work in coordination with SMU on the 4th Floor of CityLab from Noon-1 pm for anyone who would like to do a walk thru. A sampling of these posters will also be on display at the Angelika on Thursday evening.

This year the Micromobility Summit, in partnership with The Dallas Architecture Forum, will focus on how can use transportation approaches like cycling, walking, using a scooter, and partially active modes like e-cycles to help reshape our daily lives and how we move more efficiently around our city.
