Cheryl Chambers has been a life-long resident of Ellis County. Her service to Ellis County started as early as 1992 when she began work as Deputy Treasurer where she worked for 11 years. In 2007, she returned to the Ellis County Courthouse as the Assistant County Auditor until she was elected Treasurer in 2010.
