Grief has a pattern. It’s coming that individuals mask grief, but it manifests in unusual ways. Be careful of 4 things when you’re dealing with grief:

1. Consistent Isolation
2. Discouragement
3. Hopelessness
4. Masking

You can conquer the battle over grief. It takes time. It’s normal for a person to experience these stages differently. Having the right support group means everything.
