So I hate cooking Thanksgiving turkey - too stressful and it's never good! has solved that problem for probably the last 5 years for me! Maybe even more years. This year the pickup is at in Snider Plaza or they will deliver! We order 2 whole turkey breasts and it's enough for 10 ish people! Well I am a little late in posting this today, but it took me a minute to find the one picture I promised my sister years ago would show up on her 40th! These pictures are Anna and make me smile! She is always up for a former cheer move, she is ALWAYS making some laugh with her signature contagious laugh and she loves my two babies deeply (and of course they adore her)! Happy Birthday, Anna!!! We all love you so much! Don't know what we do with you!

We are in a trend of deceleration, but this does not mean we are in a trend of depreciation! This just means that homes are appreciating at a bit of a slower pace, rather than the record-breaking paces we have seen in the past.

As this chart shows, homes in the United States have appreciated between 18 and 20%, and it is expected that by the end of the year we will see an average appreciation of 11%.
