Today is the official judging of our Halloween decorating contest! This year we have some tough competition, and it will be tough to determine the winners! Take a look at our feed and you will find all of our entries (minus one - they weren’t ready for pics yesterday).

Within a week’s time, we have had two trade shows. Our first in Austin with a fun Mardi Gras theme. Loved that our operations team joined in on the fun!

Then tonight, most of our DFW team showed up to participate in the GAME ON AATC trade show!

Congratulations, Tina, on being selected as the 2023 recipient of the TAA Olin Steel Award.

We are very blessed that Tina has been a part of the MFI family since early 2018 as our Vice President of Business Development. She is very passionate about the multifamily industry which is reflected in her service to various local and state associations since 1996. She has served and/or chaired approximately 180 committees during her career. Her love, commitment, and service to the industry exemplifies why she is very deserving of this prestigious award.

You can always be assured that Tina will go above and beyond in her commitment to ensure that whatever the goal or objective she is given will be met and/or exceeded. She is always willing to step in to assist in volunteer time whenever needed – from fund raising, community service, education, PAC, and this list goes on and on. Besides the numerous committees that she has volunteered on for AAGD, AATC, TAA, and NAA over the years, she is also recognized as a mentor and role model amongst her fellow team members, her peers and industry colleagues.

In short, she is a top-notch lady, and we are very proud of her and all her achievements!
