The repairs included installing 32 spread footings with sonotubes, replacing 190 ft of triple 2x6 beam, 32 ft of sill plate, 9 ft of sole plate and adding 7 foundation vents. Q: Will my plumbing break during my foundation repair?
A: Depending on how much the foundation moved prior to the repairs, the type of pipes you have, or how long you may have been waiting to address the underlying issue, a leak may already exist that you are unaware of. Fixing a broken plumbing line prior to addressing the foundation will either limit the amount of recovery we will be able to get out of the lift, or we will likely break the repaired plumbing, causing you to pay for the repairs a second time. This is why we require a hydrostatic plumbing test by a licensed plumber following the foundation repair.

Drilled piers are an ideal foundation repair solution for lightweight structures where using the vibrations from a hydraulic press used for installation could cause damage. These 24- to 144-inch piers are reinforced with rebar and filled with a five-sack concrete mix. However, drilled piers can only reach up to 12 feet into the ground, which makes them an ideal foundation repair solution only if their reached depth will either surpass or equate to that of steel or concrete piling.

If your home doesn't have gutters, you may want to consider installing them to prevent long-term foundation damage. Without gutters, water will saturate the soil near the base of your home's foundation, which may cause added pressure and/or erosion to the foundation over time.

Steel Transition Pilings. The steel transition system is comprised of 3″ diameter double-walled steel sealed with cement with a friction reduction plate for deep pe*******on, and 8000 psi concrete cylinders are stacked on top of this to drive the steel to maximum depth. Because concrete piers cannot reach the same depth as steel pipes, the transition pier made up of a mixture of steel and concrete allows you to get the best of both worlds.

All warranties are transferable. We offer a lifetime warranty on our steel and transition pressed piling systems, a 10-year limited warranty on our drilled pier system, a 5-year limited warranty on our spread footings, sono-tubes, mud jack work, and drainage, and a 2-year limited warranty on our wood replacement services, rework of existing supports on pier and beam under structure, and new pad and block systems.
