For women of average risk, the American Cancer Society recommends the following:
-Women between 40 and 44 have the option to start screening with a mammogram every year.
-Women 45 to 54 should get mammograms every year.

This month, representatives from Samsung Healthcare in South Korea and the U.S. visited HHM Health. They trained staff to optimize the Samsung sonography machine, observed patient consultations to gain insights into how the technology benefits patients and identify potential improvements, and offered patients an opportunity to participate in an AI-powered study.

Since our partnership began, thanks to a generous donor, Samsung’s V7 ultrasound system and SonoSync solution have enhanced access to quality care for mothers and children at HHM Health. In recognition of their contributions, Samsung received the Healthcare Innovator Award at the 2024 Healing Hands Luncheon.
