Everything needs to be nurtured, or it will not grow or simply deteriorate. We as humans, seem to take care of so many things, our family, work, hair, nails, car, dog, etc. However, we never really take the time to take care of ourself, until often time we have been diagnosed with something. We all make time, what we deem important, and without your wellness, what exactly can you do? I can’t encourage enough to make that selfcare/love investment.
