My name is George Palmer and I am an account and project manager with Paragon Roofing Inc. That means I am the go to person in the re-roof / repair process from the time I do the inspection, bid, sale, ordering the materials, scheduling crews, making sure the home owner / property owner is fully prepared for what is about to happen on their home / property. I have knowledge in just about every roofing product on the market and love to find the best solution my client. I love to listen to their needs, and find a solution based on what their roofing needs are. Paragon is the largest commercial roofing company in North Texas that offers residential and multi-family services as well. Our motto is “ A Pattern of Excellence Since 1989” We are able to install any type of product with the industries longest and best warranties, if that is what my client is looking for.

How do you spend your free time?
In my free time I love to spend time with my family, go on walks with my wife and 1 and 2 year old boys. When I have time I love fishing and duck / goose hunting.

What has BNI and the TNT chapter done for you?
BNI is responsible for over 60% of my closed business in 2018. I don’t knock on doors after a hail storm. I take pride in my reputation speaking for itself.

Who’s your ideal referral partner(s)?
A great referral for me is anyone having roof issues, property management companies, condominium boards, commercial builders, and custom home builders.

In a few sentences, tell me about your position and your company?
Steve Holman is the founder of Holman Law, an Elder Care and Estate Planning law firm specializing in planning for the long-term care of its clients. We represent clients who seek planning prior to requiring long-term care or clients who are faced with an immediate, custodial-care situation

How do you spend your free time?
We like to spend our free time getting together with our family and friends. Most of our family is in California, so we try to visit them three or four times a year.

What has BNI and the TNT chapter done for you?
BNI and TNT have provided a wonderful community of professionals who genuinely enjoy spending time together and who take a thoughtful interest in each other's businesses and personal well-being. I really appreciate the selfless attitudes of our TNT group.

Who’s your ideal referral partner(s)?
My ideal referral partners are those who are in a senior-service related fields. These partners typically work with individuals and their families who face a health crisis situation and need to make critical plans to avoid the spend down of limited assets or transfer decision making responsibilities to trusted family or advisors.

In a few sentences, tell us about your position and your company?
I’m an independent insurance agent with Patterson and Associates. I have access to multiple different, A-rated insurance companies and I’m able to shop my clients’ insurance to find the best fit for the best rate. My agency has been around for 30+ years, we’ve built strong relationships with our insurance company representatives, but our number one responsibility is to be an advocate for the client. We will find the best possible company to handle our client’s insurance coverage and if a better option comes along we will move our client to them. We work very hard to take away the insurance responsibilities from our clients. We’re designed to help medium to large businesses.

How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my wife, Cami and dog, Yeti. We like going on walks, finding new breweries and bars with great outside patios, and eating at Pluckers or Gloria’s. I play softball every Monday night, golf whenever someone else is paying, and watch a lot of sports.

What has BNI and the TNT chapter done for you?
BNI has given me a team of marketers from all different industries. I know everyone in our group is familiar with what I do and they’re always looking to refer a client, friend, or family member over to me if they know I can truly help them. Aside from business, our group is extremely close and I always have fun whenever we’re together.

My ideal referral partner is a commercial insurance agent, business attorney, CPA, or financial advisor - Anyone who is advising other business owners.
