Tanya Ragan, president of Wildcat Management in Dallas, is committed to rebuilding neighborhoods. While her nearly 20-year portfolio of development projects is spread throughout DFW, she has gained notoriety in the real estate community for work in downtown Dallas, the West End and in the Farmers Market District.

“I've been downtown for almost 20 years,” the Minnesota native Ragan said. ”I was downtown when it was a ghost town after 5 p.m. I get attention because I've been so actively involved over the years and a lot of what I'm involved in is downtown. It's a lot more interesting than a retail center or some new construction. Those don't have good stories. They're really not that interesting.”
