Six students from TWU have created an ongoing project to raise money to support our new sewing club. Last night they gave our art/sewing room a complete makeover and sponsored our family dinner. The six of them successfully raised over $1,000 and turned it into enough material, supplies, and sewing machines to get our sewing program off the ground. Additionally, they collected 6 boxes of books for our small library.
