Due to the increased demand for electricity, the state is implementing rolling power outages. These outages are expected to last 15-45 minutes, but may last longer. If you experience an outage that lasts longer than an hour, please report to Oncor at 1-888-313-4747.
ERCOT (the Electric Reliability Council of Texas) has recommended conserving use of electricity to decrease stress on power grids:
โข Set heater at 68 degrees or lower
โข Turn off or unplug unnecessary devices
โขRefrain from using large appliances such as washers/dryers
โขMinimize use of electric lights
Please avoid using elevators but take the stairs as we experience rolling outage.
