This position will be working with the design team on projects. This role will collaborate with the Principle and Senior Designer on projects as well as other team members from the initial concept through the design development process including construction documentation and final installation.

Dear Friends, Family, and our Design Community,

We are devastated to share the news that we have recently lost one of our own. Juan Foster passed away very suddenly last Friday, March 25, 2022. He would’ve celebrated his 55th birthday this April 14th. He leaves behind four of the most beautiful and deserving children ever who he was extremely proud of---Justice, 22, recent graduate of Spellman College in Atlanta, GA; Judah, 20, attends Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA; Freedom,18, attends Loyola University in Chicago, IL; and Julion,12, attends Parish Episcopal School in Dallas and was living with his dad.

Juan came to work for me 25 years ago and I will never forget his wonderful face AND how much he wanted to work. He was super smart and had graduated from college with an English degree. I was worried he was overqualified, but he loved his job, mainly because he cared so much for the people he met every single day---our clients, our friends, and the people who came into our showroom. He, along with Marrion Haynes, have been my support staff for many years. They are literally the best public relations people, and they were like brothers. Juan loved the company and was so proud to work here.

So many of our clients have asked what they can do that we decided to start a GoFundMe account. All donations made will solely be used for his children to help them fund and complete their education in addition to each of their scholarships. (Link in bio and story).

I, along with my husband and the JSA team, will miss every single day with him. I will miss hearing his voice saying, “Hey Mama!” and Jim will miss those regular Father’s Day cards from him. Juan was family and he will be tremendously missed by all who knew him!
