So 3,000 Facebook followers and 1,000ish on Instagram! wow! That may not seem like much but to me it’s a huge deal and I’m so grateful for all of you giving me a chance while I figure this all out!

So here is a recap of who I am. I am a third grade teacher in Fairfield County, Connecticut and a lifelong Nutmegger. I might be a rare breed in teachers- I actually still do love to teach despite outside factors that sometimes can make it very difficult. I love to travel with my wonderful husband, Ryan, and rescue dog, Daisy. I love to shop and love fashion. I love to go to wineries and breweries. I am also in ann belifelong hwalth and fitness journey! Basically, I love my time “off the clock”. People ask me for advice about traveling, restaraunts, wineries, and about the things I do, so that is how this all came to be!

What I am not is an influencer, nor am I trying to be. I am not trying to sell you anything that you wouldn’t already be shopping when I share links with you all. That’s just a little perk of what I am trying to build! And if you’re a teacher you probably know any extra income helps! I am a normal girl, with a normal life that is just trying to spread some happiness!

Not that I am rushing summer, because I want it to go slow and steady, but I can’t stop thinking about my next trip to sandals Grenada. We honeymooned there and this year we celebrate 10 years! We don’t usually like to repeat islands but thought we have been to every sandals island and that was our first one so we know more tips, tricks, and secrets to getting the most of a sandals!
