One of our biggest fears is getting seromas after Lipo or tt so let’s try to prevent them in the first place:
•compression
•2-3 liters of water a day
•low sodium diet
•post-op massages
If you should get a seroma, you can add compression to the area to help the body re-absorb it, use a heat pack for 15 mins every few hours in that area, and add extra massages. If this doesn’t work, then reach out to your healthcare professional to get it drained.
