The Story Ralph "The Ice Cream Guy" is celebrating his 19th year in the ice cream business and is a Certified Master Ice Cream Maker.
He has worked in all aspects of the business: Wholesale,Retail,Consulting,Training,Operations and Offf-Site Events. He has consulted for large and small companies, is the former owner of Sprinkles Ice Cream in New Fairfield, CT and is currently Director of Sales/Off-Site Events for Longfords Own-Made Ice Cream in Westchester County. Longfords is a large regional ice cream manufacturer that is celebrating its 20th year in business. Ralph is now focusing on off-site events in the area.
