Harmi Update: Soju Bombs, Cocktails & More! Finding a supplier for Soju was a real challenge, but we did it! Let's celebrate with Soju bombs and try out techniques we find on YouTube. The "soju tornado" is a difficult one, and we're still searching for the perfect cup. We welcome all skilled Soju bomb makers to join the fun and impress the crowd! Kristi has been busy testing and creating Soju cocktails. Remember, these cocktails are delicious but they can sneak up on you. Please drink responsibly. We're also in the process of testing Anju, a variety of Korean dishes enjoyed with alcohol. Our quest to perfect the ultimate Korean fried chicken continues, as it pairs perfectly with beer. And of course, Soju is fantastic with raw fish. Whether you follow tradition or create your own style, there's no judgement here. We're all about living, loving, and learning together. On the business front, we're thrilled to see more loyal customers returning and our open days are filling up nicely. We appreciate everyone's openness to trying new things.
