“My favorite Aveda product has to be Foot Relief! I absolutely love the aroma of Foot Relief. It has an amazing and I nvigorating peppermint aroma. The peppermint oil also gives a cooling feeling on the feet that feels so soothing. I also love how soft and supple it makes my feet feel. My favorite thing to do is apply Foot Relief right before I go to bed so it can really sink into the skin!”

Meet Kim, one of our newest massage therapists and estheticians. Kim has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years and a licensed esthetician for 1 year. Kim is well versed in many massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone. She is also well versed in treating and caring for your skin and creating customized treatments as well as a home care plan.

Kim is currently available for massage services only but is training with our skincare team on all things and will be offering skincare services very soon! (Be on the lookout!)

In Kim’s words, “I have a passion for holistic wellness and beauty. With 13 years of experience in massage therapy and 1 year in esthetics, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy and skincare needs. As a Massage Therapist, my journey began with a profound interest in helping others achieve relaxation and relief from muscle tension. I specialize in a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massages. My goal is to create a therapeutic experience that not only addresses physical discomfort but also promotes overall well-being. Simultaneously, as an Esthetician, I am committed to enhancing skin health and beauty. Through customized facials, and meticulous skincare treatments, I aim to rejuvenate and restore my clients’ skin. I also provide personalized skincare regimens tailored to individual needs.”

Kim is available in Dartmouth only Tuesdays 11-7, Wednesdays 9-2, Thursdays 9-3, Fridays 3-8 and every other Saturday 9-3.

Our go-to for body waxing aftercare?

Liquid Exfoliant + Outer Peace Acne Pads ✨

Both of these amazing products provide gentle yet effective chemical exfoliation utilizing wintergreen derived salicylic acid. We reccomend Liquid Exfoliant if you tend to be on the sensitive side and Outer Peace Acne Pads if you have challenges with ingrown hairs!

To use Liquid Exfoliant, after showering and drying off simply apply to a cotton pad and gently swipe on the skin with the grain of the hair. Allow to dry before applying other products.

Same goes for Outer Peace Acne Pads, except there is no need to apply to a cotton pad because they are already pre-moistened pads!

We recommended using either product (not both together!) 24 hours after your body waxing appointment. Don’t forget to moisturize the skin with a light, fragrance-free moisturizer. ☺️

Don’t forget to fill cup! ☕️
