Another great result with a happy patient during a postop visit. Dr. Garramone does about 8 to 10 chest surgeries weekly, and has been doing this surgery for almost 20 years. Many patients like us to share their photographs and experiences with you and Dr. Garramone wants to help as many people as he can before he retires.

My wife Kelli and I rarely get to travel. It seems we are working all the time. We got away for a few days this past summer and were grateful for the rest. Even when I'm away, I'm thinking about work and surgery. Been doing this a long time and it becomes part of who you are. I have not been doing much social media or posts, and prefer reposting your photos to my Instagram stories. It tells a better story of who you are than a generic postoperative photo or group waiting room photo. So please post your photos and tag me so I can share your story with the world. 🌈

I’ve been doing FTM Top Surgery and Mansculpture for 16 years. I’ve been there before the big surgical push to make these surgeries available for patients was even a forethought in most surgeons minds. There were less than a handful of plastic surgeons attempting to do these surgeries when I first started. All of them champions and pioneers. We all helped lay the groundwork for the development and inception of these surgeries. I am personally going to make the next 16 years even better for my patients and the community in whole.
