I get my MRI tomorrow night. Hopefully I will know before Thursday what is actually wrong with my knee and get a plan for recovery. I’m also still dealing with post covid symptoms and I’m just not feeling great or up to instructing yet.
I’m canceling classes for this week to help heal my knee injury. I’m currently using crutches so I really don’t think it’s a good idea to teach classes. 😂 I’m really sorry and I feel awful. 😢 #injured #timetoheal #keepgoing
