Just had to reshare this hutch I refurbished in our Color of the Month: 𝗜𝗻 𝗔 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲. It has a charmingly distressed look in all the right places, with the inside painted bright white and adorned with a bold backdrop, along with some updated and new hardware. It was such a fun piece!

My name is Heather Varga and I started Past Forward in 2015 when I found myself in a new town, as a new wife & a new mother. I had always been a creative person but never held a very creative job. I have a passion for decorating & love to paint. I stumbled upon the chalk painted trend & when I sold my first piece of furniture I was hooked. Three years later I opened a shop inside the largest and best antique mall in Dayton Ohio, The Antiques Village. You can visit everyday 10-8 located at 651 Lyons Road, Dayton Ohio 45459. I am inspired by the farmhouse trends and love all things BOHO. I love the fresh white looks, the distressed looks, and all things color. I love creating new finishes and see furniture as art. I believe everyone deserves that custom piece of furniture, the one that everyone sees when they walk into a room and just say WOW! I’m not a big box store selling mass produced furnishings. I believe in quality furniture, not the cheap stuff. I love taking furniture, and home décor items and giving them new life. I find it very rewarding to grab something that might be overlooked and give it a fun update. So stop in and see what the Past Forward Shop is all about, where new items are added each week.
