Our bento boxes are now available, come get yours before it's all gone!

Here is a sneak peak of our upcoming bento boxes, with a soft launch date of Thursday, April 21st. Available in grab-and-go and online order pickup between 11am to 2pm on a first-come, first-served basis. Each bento is fresh made daily then chilled per food safety in a microwave-safe, recyclable container ready for your enjoyment at home, office, or outdoors.

A. Hot Pepper Chicken (mild).
B. Soy Glazed Salmon.
C. Flank Steak Toss-Fried with Korean Cabbage.
D. Sweet Soy Grilled Pork.

All accompanied with a delightful assortment of seasonal sides and rice to complement the main protein.

The past two years have made many of us in the food service industry rethink and re-innovate the way we serve our customers; here at Ginger and Spice, we are also having to make many changes to adapt and grow. Next week, we will be transitioning to a Take-Out only bistro as we believe it will further balance providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the productivity of our operation, so that we may continue to shine at what we do best!

We are also excited to announce our daily made fresh Bentos to go for those of you who are looking for a curated lunch box to conveniently grab and go. Bentos will be available from 11am to 2pm daily and we will be sharing more details in the coming days!

Dear Patrons,

Due to area-wide hospitality labor shortage, we've changed our business operation days in order to accommodate staffing availability. Starting on May 1, 2021; Ginger and Spice will be open on Mondays through Fridays from 11am to 8:30pm. It has been a difficult decision but a necessary one; thank you everyone for your continued support!

The United States is a country of immigrants and it is the reason we are diverse and strong; our biggest strength are the cultures, heritage, and people from all around the globe. The recent incidents against Asians in our country are unacceptable. For someone who rejects others based on their skin and ethnicity is sickening, shameful and ignorant; and they are unfit to be an American. We will always be grateful for the opportunity this country has given to all of us, who has the will and determination to succeed. and spread the awareness everyone!
