Brentlinger’s Sweet Corn Dip 🌽

1/2 cup of red onion diced up
1/2 cup bell pepper diced up
4 cups of Brentlinger’s sweet corn cut off the cob
2 cups of shredded Mexican or Colby jack cheese (Pepperjack for an extra kick)
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of mayo

Mix mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning
Add everything else and mix.

Add ins: jalapeño, black beans, cilantro, splash of lime 🍋‍🟩
