When placing your reservation, please be sure to include all required information. We require information such as the names and ages of travelers, destination, date, and reliable contact information. Upon receiving your payment, you will receive a confirmation and pick-up time for your scheduled trip. Price:
Prices vary based on destination. Roundtrip costs start at $25 per person 12 and older and
$15 for children under 12. Each customer must obtain a paid reservation before traveling. In order for us to maintain efficient, transportation service, we ask that you conform to the following guidelines:
RESERVATIONS
Feel free to schedule reservations via telephone at 929-900-LINX (5469) 24hours a day 7 days a week. PAYMENTS
Each customer must submit a payment three (3) days before traveling. Payments can be made in the form of a money order payable to LOVE LINX TRANSPORTATION, LLC. Mail to Love Linx LLC, Transportation, P.O. Box Daytona Beach, FL 32117. Online payments coming soon! PROPER IDENTIFICATION
No one over 18 years of age will be allowed to travel to the State Correctional Institutions without proper identification. Birth certificates are required for children under 18 years of age. PICK-UPS
LLT will arrive at the centralized pick up locations according to the scheduled times on the roster. Although we allow a 10-minute grace period, please plan to arrive at your pick up point early. The van will depart exactly ten (10) minutes after the scheduled time. LLT will not be held liable for anyone arriving after the grace period, nor will a refund be issued. NO-SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO-SHOWS, OR IF YOU MISS THE VAN DUE TO YOUR OWN LATENESS AND NEGLIGENCE. VAN DEPARTURE
LLT will depart each institution promptly at 3:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS! Although we allow a 10-minute grace period, please be prepared to board the van promptly at the end of your visit. Please depart the visiting room at least 10-15 minutes before 3:00pm so that you can board the van on time. LLT will not be held liable for anyone arriving after the 10-minute grace period. You will be returned to the location from which you were picked up (NO EXCEPTIONS). VISITATION DENIAL / EARLY TERMINATION
Our responsibility as a transportation company is to transport you, safely, to and from the facility. LLT is not responsible or held liable for denial into any facility or early terminations. If you are denied access into any prison or your visit is terminated early because of overcrowding or any other reason, you will be responsible for transporting yourself to a safe location until the scheduled departure time. The driver is not authorized to return to any institution prior to the scheduled departure time. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR VISITS THAT ARE TERMINATED EARLY. PICK-UP / DROP-OFF LOCATIONS

PASSENGER SEATING
Passenger seating is limited. If you do not have a reservation, you will not be allowed access onto the van. Adults with accompanying children are expected to occupy the seat beside their children. Passengers must occupy the same seat going and returning from the facility. Florida state law requires that children under 8 years of age must ride in a federally approved car seat or booster that is appropriate for the child's age, height and weight. Florida law further requires that children ages 8 years to 18 years use a seatbelt whenever they are in a vehicle, regardless of seating position. Keep in mind that you will not be allowed to travel without the appropriate car seat. We have car seats available for use. Please be sure to specify if you'll need to use one of our car seats for traveling purposes when making your reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation for any reason, however; in order to receive a full refund, you MUST cancel three (3) days prior to your scheduled trip date by calling our representative at 929-900-5469. If you do not cancel three (3) days prior to your trip, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. If for any reason, we cancel your trip, you will receive notice from one of our representatives. At that time, you can either reschedule or request a refund. Trips with less than seven (7) passengers may be canceled. PLEASE NOTE: Payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they meet the criteria of the cancellation policy. DISORDERLY CONUCT
We will not tolerate disorderly conduct under any circumstance. The following are basis for refusal of future service and removal from the vehicle by the driver or proper authorities:
• Foul or abusive language
• Endangering yourself or other passengers
• Any behavior deemed disruptive
In the event of any of the cases stated above resulting in your removal from the vehicle, it will be your sole responsibility to obtain alternate transportation and your reservation will be deemed terminated. Refunds will not be issued. ILLEGAL DRUGS / SMUGGLING
The safety and well-being of our passengers is our main concern. LLT fully cooperates with routine and random drug inspections of our vehicles. If ANY passenger is found with drugs or drug paraphernalia on one’s person, they will be arrested and detained at the institution. If any drugs or drug paraphernalia are found inside/outside the van, EVERYONE will be denied entrance into the institution, so exercise sound judgment and be cognizant of other passengers. PLEASE NOTE: If LLT is denied access due to failure of a drug search, we will NOT issue refunds to any passengers. Again, we ask that you please be cognizant of your conduct and its effect on everyone as a whole. INCLEMENT WEATHER
LLT will cease all services due to inclement weather or if a State of Emergency is declared. Upon the state declaration of a weather emergency, including prohibition of vehicles on highways, we will inform you of trip cancellations. We will also mail you a travel voucher redeemable on your next, reserved trip. ATTIRE / Dress Code

If you are denied access for visitation, you will be responsible for transporting yourself to a safe location until the scheduled pick-up time. SMOKING, EATING & DRINKING
Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited on our vehicles. Light snacks and beverages may be consumed, but we ask that you remove your trash before exiting the vehicle. Alcoholic beverage consumption is NOT allowed under any circumstance. Where’s my loved One Located:
