Glad I washed my hair yesterday, probably wouldn't happen today.

I have goals, and even when my program says it's a rest day, sometimes I don't. 🤷‍♀️ Technically I am, cuz my upper body REALLY needs it, but my legs, although tired, could hang today.

I want to help people. Health is attainable, even with challenges, whether they be physical, mental, or emotional. If my daughter's generates taught me anything, it's that there's s hack for EVERYTHING. There's way more than one way to get and stay healthy.

Operative word-"ask".

You know, it's interesting....when I first heard of this program, I thought, "I go to a gym, I know my s@ #$ , why should I pay for another program?" Welp, enter #2020. I had so many other stressors in my life that I decided I needed the ability to "just press play" and take the thought out of it. I figured it was a temporary solution until I could get back to the gym. Wanna know what? I haven't been back! Furthermore, I spend WAY less money annually, I've dropped more body fat than ever in my life, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, and I've developed some really healthy habits that will continue to benefit me! I invested in myself when I needed a hand up, and I'm SO VERY GLAD I did!! It changed my life!!!
