I baked a gluten free apple pie yesterday from scratch and my daughter took a few photos:

🥧 The paleo dough is made with almond flour and is so easy to work with. The best part is how delicious it is.
🍏 I’m known for my ability to peel apples and here’s proof!

The holidays were a whirlwind of baking activity and now that the decorations are put away and we are well into the new year, it’s the perfect time to test new recipes.
