Sweet Lily is one of our main stay coffees, but gets a refresh seasonally. Currently a natural process with delicious melon notes, you should try it as a pourover either at home or in the shop!

Y’all have been clearing the shelves of Mount Apo which is amazing! Here is some more information about where the coffee is from—
The BACOFA co-op is located in the Mount Apo-Talamo range at 1300-1700 masl. There are over 150 farmer members who all receive access to trainings, research, marketing assistance and more. The co-op has its own processing center which often employs women and has had a huge impact on increasing household income.
We are proud to source coffee from this co-op and hope that you’ll continue to enjoy and support!

Happy first day of spring! Hopefully last night’s freeze was the last bit of winter, because our patio is the perfect spot to soak up the sun (any Sheryl fans? 😏) and catch up with friends or knock out some work.
