💙Our Salvation Army Booth Towers Seniors were blessed to have Peachcrest's Captain Ellis (who usually takes them only on their monthly Walmart trip), to bring them to the Corps' once a month - Friday FAMILY FEAST Fellowship with the Club, Corps & Community.

❤️Our Peachcrest Corps has the BEST Retired Officers and Corps family, who SERVE wholeheartedly! Today, Major Grace Cumberbatch and Captain Ellis were encouraged themselves by their hospital and home visitations. "Thank you sooo much for coming! This made our day", said one family. 🏕️Our Peachcrest Club & Corps children with leader Ariam Beshah, Officer Captain Ellis, & Retired Officer Major Grace, are off to having a blast at Georgia's Divisional Music Camp! Last year they had 6 delegates, this yeat they registered 10! 🌞 Summer's just around the corner! While for some children in Georgia it's a time of fun for others, it's a time of uncertainty. 1 in 8 face food insecurity, missing meals they'd get at school. The Salvation Army of Metro Atlanta's food pantries are lifelines for those families, helping them to fill the gap. Join us May 13-17 for our Summer Hunger Food Drive. 🐎🐈⭐️A creative "Pet Therapy" petting opportunity was experienced at Peachcrest! Our club, corps and community families, were enthralled with two minature Ponies "Hopi" & "Hiccup", a 'Jerusalem' donkey "Suger" and Australian shepherd "Aussi". ⭐️One youth exclaimed, "They are so soft!", while Captain Ellis and some youth graciously give "Hiccup" a new hairdo! 🔵 An excellent theatrical performance was had by the 'BOUNCE' Theatre production group, of vibrant young people, who creatively presented the gospel story to our Peachcrest Club, Corps & community families. Through stirring scenes, the audience was taken along a musical journey from Creation to the Resurrection, that ended with a choice.
