The constitutionality of Jack Smith’s appointment as Special Counsel was not an issue considered by the SCOTUS MAGA majority when it conferred immunity on King Trump. However, Justice Thomas used his concurring opinion to publicly provide a roadmap for that issue to return to him and his soulmates. Today, just as the Republican Coronation Convention opens, “Justice” Cannon delivered. As she auditions to join Thomas on SCOTUS, Thomas, his wife and the others get more goodies from the oligarchs. We must fix our broken democracy by fixing SCOTUS. Court Reform Now!

Live Updates: Judge Dismisses Classified Documents Case Against Trump Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that the entire case should be thrown out because the appointment of the special counsel who brought the case, Jack Smith, had violated the Constitution. Her decision is sure to be appealed.

Bill Allen was a profoundly important citizen of the Stonecrest community whose contributions greatly impacted not just Stonecrest, but the world. His success in business was equaled by his service to others. His was a life well lived. My deepest prayers are with Mr. Allen’s family.
