For those of you who don't know, right before Christmas weekend Ann's house was the unfortunately fell prey to a sewage pipe burst and resulting basement flood. The city is being unhelpful in offering aid, and as you know our Ann is the very first person to help others in need. This whole situation has been imaginably unfair and stressful, in addition to devastating in physical damages and holiday memories. Otherwise known as lightening, blonding, bleaching, etc. Most people associate the bleaching process with damage, drying, or dire circumstances but that does NOT have to be the case.

Here at TI, we make sure that every round of bleach is mixed with what's called a 'bond builder' which restores the protein in the hair strands that are being broken down as a result of lightening. We also make sure to use a repairing shampoo, and hydrating conditioner to top of the lifting process with extra replenishment. 💕
