Want an easy breakfast in under 3 minutes?
1. spray coffee mug with non stick spray
2. add eggs, your choice of meat & any veggies you like then stir
3. microwave for 1 minute and stir
4. add cheese if you'd like
5. microwave for another minute
Enjoy!

Made an oldie but goodie!
1/4c kodiak pancake mix
1 egg
1 over ripe banana
41 lilys mini dark chocolate chips
2 Splenda (optional)
Mix together and bake in mini loaf pan for 20 minutes at 400°
The ones I air fried I did 400° for roughly 8 minutes. They aren’t as pretty but just as tasty.

He actively participated and shared that he
nailed his Star Goals two weeks in a row as he's been touring the country performing, drinking 100 fluid ounces of water every day and implementing portion control! AND he always finds a Workshop to attend while on the road!

This weeks’ workshop technique will be about eating with others….research shows when we’re around others, we tend to eat what they are eating and to eat more than we would if we were alone. In addition, the food we eat away from home tends to be higher in sugar, fat, and calories than the food we prepare at home. Creating an action plan ahead of time, based on any obstacles that might come up, can help us balance staying on track while enjoying time with friends and family.
