We continue to grow, TTM Mechanical is looking to hire!

Lead Installer to oversee the installation of residential and small commercial HVAC projects.
The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience and an EPA Certification. NATE Certification a plus but not required. A Lead Installer should be able to utilize proper safety gear, work well with a team, manage multiple projects at once, and have very solid electrical and mechanical skills. Company van provided after probationary period. Pay is bi-weekly and negotiable, based on experience level.

Responsibilities:
• Install heating and air conditioning systems.
• Install and connect condensers, ducts, piping, temperature/humidity controls and related components.
• Maintain and be accountable for materials and supplies for each job.
• Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers and fellow employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office associates.
• Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
• 5 Years HVAC Tech experience
• EPA Certified
• Professional appearance, good hygiene, and grooming.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Ability to lift over 60 pounds.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• No drug abuse.
• Candidate must be willing to provide background check.
• No vulgar or obscene body markings

Job Type: Full Time Salary: Negotiable Benefits: 401K

• Maintain and be accountable for materials and supplies for each job.
• Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers and fellow employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office associates.
• Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner.

• EPA Certified
