Another 90’+ ft tree fell on this house. Great customers, matt and Barbara Dowling, sh*tty situation. Rebuilt gable roof, repaired broken rafters on flat roof, ripped and reshingled entire 18sq roof, torched down 6sq flat roof, sided gable and installed new metal all around. Was good to get these guys out of a situation that they have dealt with for too long. Next up… rebuild the deck

Showed up to rehab this porch. When it was all said and done we gave this wonderful customer a new porch to be proud of. We also installed a new panel,meter box and service line. We poured a new driveway apron and a new concrete area under the porch with sidewalks. We also had to jack up the porch and add 6x6 posts and a new triple beam to support the porch. Demo old pressure treated deck. Build new composite deck with drink rails. Originally had the stairs on the corner, but the customer decided to put a shed in that area, so we had to move the stairs to the rear.
