The timer is EASY to SPOT in OUR online meetings, because using ZOOM our SAA or Sergeant at arms uses the SPOTLIGHT feature at the 3 signals GREEN YELLOW RED and ALSO types in the CHAT BOX GREEN YELLOW RED The speaker gets used it it and will know when to stop. Over time you CAN gage your talks and this helps your meeting OUTSIDE of Toastmasters from rambling. YOU become the example in our community. You will notice others NON TOASTMASTERS who have NO IDEA they use up precious valuable time....Which we can NEVER buy our time back....This skill is valuable and one of the SECRET ingredients of a TM Meeting. It's no secret, just what the founder started 93 years ago and is used in all 142 countries we have clubs. Why clubs? sounds casual, but it keeps it FUN even though we are serious about our communication and leadership skills we develop to make BETTER versions of ourselves...YOU CAN DO IT!
