Here's What You'll Be Doing

Take incoming phone calls from admins, teachers, and student end-users

When taking phone calls:

Validate and clarify the issue reported

Answer how-to questions

Fix end-user issues that are resolvable through the user interface

Replicate, troubleshoot, and describe simple bugs

Keep thorough, clear, and complete records in the ticketing system of all actions taken

Escalate call tickets not resolvable at the L1 level to the L2 Support team

Direct users to the correct helpdesk in instances where we cannot accommodate their request

Be friendly, efficient, and dependable, and always provide timely updates to users

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Here's What You'll Need To Know/have

Access to home internet with speeds of at least 15 Mbps.

High School diploma is a must.

Working on and/or some kind of College experience in information technology fields, preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Customer service experience, preferred.

Depending on the tasks to be filled, you may run excavators, bulldozers, articulators and booms. Job Responsibilities
• Practice safety in your every move, estimating weights and distances, being fully aware of your surroundings, doing your part to minimize hazards and reporting any injuries or damage immediately
• Create level surfaces, grade slopes to specifications, remove material and thoroughly fill voids using plans and/or a surveyor as guidance
• Load and unload construction materials, waste and other heavy objects from trucks and into dumpsters either manually or with the assistance of a machine
• Start each work day with an inspection of tires, controls, fuel and fluids to ensure reliable operation
• Change attachments, make adjustments, verify information and troubleshoot problems
• Participate in daily meetings with your supervisor and staff, maintaining constant communication throughout the work period

• Purchase and transport oil, gas, and replacement parts to the project site and assist with maintenance and repairs

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Layer. This is a full time permanent position with some benefits. As a Pipe Layer, you will be responsible for assessing the ground conditions, digging trenches, assembling pipes, and laying pipes in accordance with city ordinates.
To ensure success as a Pipe Layer, you should have good working knowledge of pipe fitting techniques. A skilled Pipe Layer should be able to select, place, and seal pipes quickly and efficiently.

Duties
• Follow job site safety
• General knowledge of main line installation
• Lay sewer, storm water, and drain pipe on construction sites
• Set up and follow a pipe laser
• Shoot and calculate grade and elevation
• Lead and assist laborers
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
• Measure and mark pipes to the required length for cutting and threading; cut, thread, hammer, and weld pipe to specifications using saws, pipe threaders, and benders; connect pipe pieces and seals joints
• Secure pipes to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers
• Grout and clear manholes
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure hydrostatic testing, observation, or other testing methods
• Locate existing pipes needing repair or replacement through potholing and/or excavation
• Tap and drill holes into pipes to introduce auxiliary line or devices
