We have had a few amazing months at East Side Denton, TX Austin St. Truck Stop covering up for our friends from The Tomato Pizza and they're closer to their reopening!🎉 We are greateful for being invited to keep their spot active while they were getting ready to come back and we wish them the best! To East Side and all the team, we love you immensely and thank you is not a big enough word💞

Cheese & Salsa will be moving out this Tuesday, being Monday our last day operating at that location. We would love to serve you and we will have our merch on display for those who want to snag a har or a shirt!

Sunday we will have a mezcal tasting at Miss Angeline's Denton and we have some tickets available

I have so many things to celebrate and be thankful for, and my dad flying in from Mexico after 4 years apart. I decided this has to be a big celebration, so we are throwing an appreciation party for all of you who have been a part of my journey in the DFW, especially in Denton. We would love for you to join us and meet the person behind our signature "Daddy Tacos". May 27th at The Bearded Monk

We want to support more local producers, which is why we're changing our menu for the season based on what they have available. That way, you support more than one local business when you purchase food from Cheese & Salsa. Rest assured, your favorite dishes are staying 🫶🏾

We will be at the spot where our friend The Tomato Pizza belongs. Please note that we are NOT taking their place forever, we're just keeping it warm for a couple of weekends until they're ready to come back 😉. We love The Tomato Pizza and we are still devastated for what happened to them, which is why, part of our proceeds from the weekend will be given to Michael, hoping we can relieve some pressure off of his shoulders. 🍅🍕

Having small businesses is not only my job, it's my life and my gift. The reason why I picked this path is to be able to change lifes.

This morning I was invited to talk to the kids from Borman Elementary School about entrepreneurship, the importance of going to school, taking education seriously and how can we serve our community through our work. We chit chatted a bit and then they got to come into Cheese & Salsa to see what it's like inside and make some snacks with me, serve their classmates... Pretty much a small practice of basic work skills in the service industry.

I got this message from the last picture from one of the parents and I'm in tears. We never know whose life we will touch, and this little one today tried something new, out of his comfort zone and I got to be a part of it.

One of the kids asked me how much money I make and I mentioned him, success is not measured by how much money someone makes, it's about how many lifes you can change. That's the real wealth.

Small businesses are here to make a difference and give back to the community that keeps us going. I feel so fulfilled to be able to have this type of moments.

Moments like this make the struggle, the hustle, the 100-something hours I work every week and sleepless nights 100% worth it. This is what makes me thrive for more every day.
