We framed this vintage photograph of Hawaii in a hand-finished, classic profile from . The aged tortoise compliments the sepia photo perfectly!
Every detail of this custom frame was created to compliment this sci-fi scene inspired by 1951 movie “The Day the Earth Stood Still.” The Dutch ombré finish speaks to ages of wear a frame from the 1950’s would experience. Along with the traditional style and clean lines of mid-century design.

Concealing flaws creatively! Our client noticed a small hole in her beloved Japanese woodcuts. Instead of letting it ruin her piece we camouflaged it! Using colored pencils on the support underneath the artwork we filled in missing details. **Art is untouched.** If only all the figures in the print weren’t staring at the damage.
