One of my favorite families spent time with me off of the football field. It is always a fun time with them. I feel a full on JcPenny photoshoot in our future.

Last Sunday I saw young love thru my lens. These two are going to have an amazing future together filled with adventure, laughter and love.

Last week I had the pleasure of hanging out with these young ladies once again. This is the 3rd year of taking their team pictures and they are growing so much and the personalities are amazing!! I hope you girls do so well this season.

As the 2024 class is getting down to their last few weeks of their high school career I want to recognize my Senior this Senior Sunday. What to say about this young man, so much but I’ll keep it simple… I am proud of you and the person you are. I know you will do amazing things in the future and I will continue to be right there loving being your mom. 📸

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of spending time with these talented young ladies creating some magic for their team banner. It is always so fun to see the growth and change each year. Keep playing hard and winning championships.

Last Sunday was spent with Naveah who has grown right before my eyes from a little girl to a young lady getting ready to start her next chapter in life. I wish you nothing but the best in the future. May all your dreams come to reality.

This weekend I spent time with a few generations of this lovely family. They have such fun loving souls and it was a pleasure to have taken part in capturing memories for them.

This afternoon was spent with 6 amazing young ladies who filled Pearl Street in Boulder with their friendship, laughter and beauty. It was a special day and I am thankful they allowed me to take part in it. ❤️ 📸

One last football post for the 2023 season. This week is dedicated to a team who was doubted at every turn and who naysayers had plenty to say about them. Well guess what they worked as a team and they made it to the playoffs! To be in the top 16 is a feat that many did not achieve so be proud! It has been a great season with many amazing plays, hits and catches. I wish you all the best with your future. You created a path for incoming players to follow and to work to achieve the success you all did together. 💜💛 Maria

Senior Sunday is represented by these two North High Vikings who I got to spend last Sunday with.

This young lady has a beautiful soul and a bright future ahead of her. Her and her family were just a joy to be around and to get to capture her and her family together was a pleasure. I hope all your hopes and dreams come true because young lady you are deserving of great things.

This young man I have watched grow up over the years from youth football and baseball to now high school. You make your parents so proud and the love you all share is beautiful to see. I know the future holds a great path for you and I can’t wait to see what direction you choose.

Lord please send these players strength and wisdom tonight for this very important game. Please guide them to play to best of their ability and to adjust as needed throughout the game. We ask that you keep their bodies strong and their minds sharp so they may claim victory. In your name we pray. Amen!

This game was a very special evening not only did we take the win but it was a night of celebrating our seniors and most importantly for me our Senior #50 Elijah.

I love being on the field taking pictures and I have taken pictures of each of these players for years and years. This group is a special one for me and I can’t believe our next game is the last regular season game of their high school career.

Being on the sidelines has been a pleasure and maybe next game I will double check my settings before the game🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well it is what it is, it was to chilly and I was too excited to watch my boy to notice 😂 grainy pictures it is.

This week let’s give a SHOUT OUT to our offensive playmakers! From wide receivers, tight ends and running backs there are so many of these boys making amazing highlight reels each and every game. Also let’s not forget our defensive players who step in and rob the ball back for us. These boys never cease to amaze with flying thru the air, laying out to make the catch and pushing their way thru defenders for a few more yards.

Reminder- This week is Senior Night and our last regular season Home Game. Come join us Senior parents and celebrate the Class of 2024.

This Sunday was spent with a young man who has grown up literally before my eyes…like a foot maybe two 😉 From a young age you could see he knew where he wanted to be and that was the football field at Quarterback. This year he is breaking records and making his Senior year his best yet. He is one you will want to keep an eye on because there are some bright opportunities coming in his future and we can’t wait to see it all unfold.

Of course I couldn’t resist getting the beauties of the family in a photo or two 💜💛

This weeks game let’s give it up to our Coaches, Athletic trainer and our lovely Team Managers. Everyone in each of these positions on our team gives care, attention and lessons to the players on and off the field.

Kudos to the coaches helping with study hall to keep our players eligible, who are a listening ear when words of encouragement are needed and a shoulder when life feels tough. Being a coach is a thankless position that is constantly judged by crowds of folks but thankfully you shake off any negativity, soak in the changes that can be made and move on to the next game.

Thank you to the young ladies/ Team Managers who put time into attending practices and games hydrating and taking care of these boys. They are an important part of keeping the team running. Biggest shout out to them for being able to handle riding in closed quarters with the players after a game has been played, Lord knows I would not do so well.

Thank you to our Athletic Trainer for mending our players each and every week. From cuts, to cramps to bumps and breaks you handle it like a champ.

Happy Sunday! This week let’s give it up for our defensive players. The game may not have gone the way we hoped but they worked hard and didn’t give up thru unfortunate emotional circumstances.

These defensive players put their skills to use making tackles, getting the quarterback scrambling and putting their body on the line with every hit they make.

On the sidelines I have the privilege of hearing them lift each other, speak positive words in difficult situations and stand together as a team and seeing them be there for each other when things are tough that is a winning team in my eyes.

From the packed stands to Denver North Vikings Football playing hard all night, along with our cheerleaders, junior cheerleaders and the Unified game it was a Homecoming Game that did not disappoint.

This week let’s hear a shout out for our Quarterbacks #2 David Galvadon and to this young man #7 Frankie Dardano who is busy breaking and setting new records in his Senior year. We are only half way thru the season so we know the bar he is setting for future quarterbacks will be high. Stay tuned I am sure he will have many more highlights to come this season and in the future.

My heart! 🥹 Today was a special day - Senior Pictures for this Senior we call ours! What to say about this young man?! So many words come to mind but to know Elijah is to know an old soul. He is full of knowledge, heart and sarcasm. I am not sure what your future holds just yet but I know it will be bright and we will be right beside you supporting you. Love you kiddo.

Last weekend I had the chance to hang out with this young man and talk about the game, life and the bright future he has coming. He is a character on and off the field and it has been a pleasure to get to know him and see him grow over the years.

I knew this Senior season would be a special one not only due to the Seniors in it 🥺 but the group of loud and proud mommas that come with them. Football moms believe in you even when you do not. They cheer even when the game isn’t going the way you want, why because we love you harder than how hard we ask you to play.

The bond that you see between these two is real and it filled my heart and made me so excited to know more moments like this are coming this Senior Session Season.

All the nights staying up late washing uniforms because they forgot, driving with the windows down in the snow from the stench after practice and games, waking up early to get to an 8am game - it was all worth it, because Seniors you did it, you are here finishing up this chapter and we can’t wait to see what your next one is filled with.

50 years!! Watching Coach Joe dance around the dance floor you would never know that he could be celebrating 50 years with the lovely Ruby. You could see and feel the love in the room as they were celebrated for an amazing feat that is not achieved very easily. Congratulations again to Joe and Ruby.

The joy and love this family has for each other is very heart warming. It was a pleasure to get to have the opportunity to have this session with them. Way too much cuteness to handle. 📸
