Denver Tent & Event Rentals is looking for a warehouse associates.

Job Summary:
Our warehouse located at 4775 Paris street in Denver is looking for you to come jump in and help get us ready for the season.
Your primary role will be, well, everything! This is a full time position with quite a bit of leg room to grow/promote through the organization. Many if not most of our installers, driver-installers, lead installers & ALL of our supervisory/management positions in operations start here.

The Warehouse Associate / Laborer is a unique role in that its only constant is change; simply put there is always something to do.
The warehouse is the heart of our business. We're looking for a self-starter who is ready to dig in and get dirty, while using this role as a learning opportunity for our business.

You will be a part of a team that is tasked with cleaning, organizing, and deploying our order fulfillment: include receiving inventory, processing orders, picking, packing and assisting with shipment of our inventory.

You will be on your feet all day, and must be prepared to consistently utilize your body. This is a (mostly) 40 work week role that does at times require overtime, including work on weekends.

Experience is not required, just simply an eagerness to learn, add to the culture of working hard, smart, and playing the same way.

This is a part-time role that can transition to a full time position (Seasonal)

Job Summary:
This is an Installer (Tent Installation, Event Production) role. You will work with your hands. We are searching for hustlers and people that enjoy working hard outdoors.
The ideal candidate is looking to get in 16-32 hours a week as we approach the 'busy' season, where we would ideally have you on a full time basis.

Training is provided, so don’t worry if you are not familiar with setting professional event tents. Installers are the core of our business, this is a crucial role at Denver Tent & Event Rentals.

Get out on the road and get a good workout in. This is a fun job that is honestly hard physical work. You'll get to explore all of Colorado (and beyond) while helping us grow our business.

If you're looking for an opportunity to come in and make an immediate impact, work on a varied schedule, and get out in the elements this is the job for you!

Installers perform their daily responsibilities and contribute to the Company’s overall goal of operating efficiently, effectively, and profitably. All employees must be in compliance with all Company guidelines and procedures. The Installer reports to his/her supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:
Prepare truck for operation by inspecting destinations, operating the truck, and maintaining a schedule.
Serves customers by understanding, resolving, or communicating complaints.
Maintains safe operating and clean appearance of trucks by complying with operational policies, procedures, all state and local driving regulations, and truck performance forms.
Personal appearance must be neat and clean. Required to wear company provide shirts and apparel.
Meet, greet, and assist all customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
Personalize each event, phone call, or customer interaction with the friendly clear conversation.
Provide the necessary time, patience, and attention to each customer.
Engage in a clear attentive and informative dialogue with customers.
Make each event a “rewarding” experience. Our business is built on positive interactions.
Process and complete all necessary paperwork concerning deliveries, pickups, and returns.
Keep Company vehicles clean and orderly.
Maintain the vehicle's visual appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
Sort and stage equipment upon delivery at venues and upon return to appropriate departments for storage.
Other essential duties as assigned which are necessary to the operation.

The City and County of Denver announced today it is extending the temporary allowance for restaurants and bars to expand outdoors through October 2021!!!
The program was previously slated to end October 31, 2020.

“We’re proud this program has been a lifeblood for expanded serving capacity to help keep Denver businesses open and their employees working,” Mayor Michael B. Hancock said. “We will work with restaurants and bars on creative models that allow them to extend this program through the cold weather months, while maintaining the strenuous protections in place to prevent COVID-19 transmission.”
