What a fun first-time home buying journey it was. Samantha and I met at my open house that I was a lot overwhelmed with the amount of people wanting to see the condo. I was by myself and was told to move my sign from down the street to the front gate. I knew she was awesome when I brought the next group back down and saw her bringing my sign down to the front gate for me. She called me the next day and said she wanted me to help her buy her first home. We had a blast looking at all the options on the market and weeding out the best one. Samantha was all set up with a great leader that I knew so we all worked together great. In the picture it may look like I twisted his arm a little too hard to get a better interest rate but no it was a mountain biking accident. Even with one arm John gave great service all the way through. Surrounding yourself with experience can never be a bad thing.

With Debora's Nebraska roots fostering a strong bond among us, we embarked on a quest to explore all available options. Amidst various opportunities, we uncovered a hidden gem. I met Brent and Jenny through a phone call they made to a fellow agent about his listing. They were looking for a great investment that their daughter could live in here in Denver while attending Law School. After previewing many properties online and me previewing some in person. They flew into Denver, and I took them on a Market Education Day learning about the different neighborhoods they were interested in while locating the perfect property. Building rapport with the other agent in any transaction is very important to help my clients win the contract and key to a smooth transaction from start to finish. Nebraska Team in Colorado!
We had an amazing inspection day for Jenna’s first home here in Beautiful Littleton Colorado.
It’s not often we have the BUYER, HOME INSPECTOR and AGENT all born and raised in Lincoln Nebraska. This turned into an inspection party when the listing agent dropped by some taste treats and drinks. We are lucky to have such an amazing agent on the other side of this process even if she's not from Nebraska:).
Phil is my favorite inspector here in Colorado because he will sit down with the buyer and go over every part of the inspection and teach them everything about their new home.
Were almost to the finish line getting Jenna a great home!
