Our Durango team represented Central Bank at the La Plata County Fair. Central Bank sponsored the first VIP buyers' tent for the junior livestock auction this month. We provided chips, queso, and cold beer before the auction to help raise the purchase prices for the kid's animals. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to do it again next year!

Nikki Retke-Prose is our July Employee of the Month! In April 2021, Nikki joined Central Bank in Westminster, CO, recruited by friends who are now her coworkers. As our Business Banking Operations Manager, Nikki's days are never the same, handling everything from teller transactions to sales meetings. Nikki said, "I love our culture and team. We have the best products and it's great helping all customers at any stage in life or business." She also said, "Our job is to find solutions and add value to every relationship."

Nikki studied Biology with a minor in Statistics and Business Management at the University of Wyoming. Her childhood dream was to become a veterinarian, but today her world revolves around her four little ones. Nikki's family owns a farm in Kansas with cattle, horses, and goats.

We're also excited to announce our newest full-service branch in Westminster, CO! This expansion starting with a small mortgage team in Colorado Springs in 2017, has grown into a $470 million bank with four branches.

We have exciting news to share, Bank Central is now Central Bank of Colorado!

We want to address a few important items:
- With this change, your routing and account number will stay the same. You may continue to use your Bank Central branded checks until they run out. When reordering in the future, checks will have the Central Bank logo.
- Customers will be issued a new Central Bank branded debit card that should arrive by July 15th, 2024. Customers can continue to use their current Bank Central debit cards until the one arrives and is activated.
- Bank Central's website will be changing from www.bankcentral.net to www.centralbank.net around 11 PM MT on 6/21/24.
- The Bank Central Mobile App has been discontinued and retail customers will need to download the Central Bank Mobile App.
- Business customers will need to download the Central Bank - Business Mobile App. The Central Bank - Business Mobile App will also lose log-in functionality around 5 PM MT on 6/21/24.
** There are NO changes to the customer's online banking or BusinessLink login credentials. **
- Zelle users will have to re-enroll using the Mobile App or www.centralbank.net.
