Dental offices directly and indirectly support 2.5 million jobs per year. The ADA Health Policy Institute has estimated the economic impact of dental practices for every state.

The Federal Trade Commission recently issued a final rule banning noncompete clauses nationwide. The rule aims to prevent employees from engaging in similar businesses after leaving their current employer.
