How big would you go to throw the best Halloween Party around?

🎃This cold, blustery fall weather has got me reminiscing some of my favorite Halloween things in our 13 years. We’ve done a lot but these client went BIG with no regrets.

😬Sometimes the price tag can be a little scary when you go big but I can tell you from years of experience that this can make or break and event.

🤷🏽‍♂️ Why? Because people remember the events that are big, crazy and have something new to offer.

🔥People are more likely to return to your events if they KNOW they will not be disappointed. Maybe they are even a little excited because you don’t back down.

🌟We’ve worked with thousands of promoters, brand managers, musicians, DJs, nonprofits and tourism professionals and I can tell you that the ones that go big bring in the most attendance, the most revenue or the most social media presence. In a lot of cases I see them bring in all 3! 😱

A look behind the scenes of the making of the cowboy hat archway for the Coors Brewing 150th Anniversary celebration 🍺

🍻A grand entrance is a must for us. and this fun design concept gave this event what it needed for the incredible “wow factor” as guests walked into the event. It was such a fun way to capture the brand’s identity and create a unique experience.

🤠Over 400 cowboy hats were attached to custom covers to bring it to life

Client Request-Transport guests to 3 of Colorados ski resorts using domes while keeping the brand cohesive.

Themed construction has got to be my favorite thing we do here. You just can’t get the same effect with rental props and stock bars.

This brand activation was at Peak Nine in Breckenridge for a total of 3 weeks, offering a unique experience, complete with catering from for Capital One Venture X card holders.

I'm going to share a little secret here ⬇️
This brand launch for a travel & tourism event was so amazing. What you don't know is that one day before the setup, everything changed.

Due to terrible weather coming in, we had to shift gears and find a new venue, and address new challenges that we faced with a "not so appealing" venue 😭

We had to completely change direction with staging, decor, planning, logistics, catering etc.

These are the things that add on to the stress for our clients. Our client was overwhelmed, in panic and had her hands so full. We see this all the time.

We reassured her that it was all okay and that we could still give her the event she was looking for. At the end of the day, we had transformed that ugly venue into a brand launch she was proud of, and she was able to spend time with the people that mattered the most 🥂

❌ We don't like the "running around like a chicken with your head cut off" vibe -- we doubt you do either.
