With over 5 years of dedicated service across three different MHC branches, Garrett Smith brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Heavy-Duty Service Manager at MHC Kenworth.

As the Heavy-Duty Service Manager, Garrett is responsible for leading and managing the service operations within the dealership. He firmly believes in MHC's mission statement, emphasizing the importance of "taking care of your employees and your customers, and the profits will follow." His approach to leadership is rooted in the belief that there is a significant difference between being a "Manager" and being a "Leader".

Drawing from his own experience as a technician, Garrett understands the struggles his team faces daily. Throughout his career at MHC, he has demonstrated his versatility and leadership abilities, with notable accomplishments including his role in helping the Odessa crew reach limits they've never seen before and building the Medium Duty Service Department into what it is today in Denver. Garret’s outstanding performance in the Medium Duty Service Department earned him the stop to his current position in the Heavy-Duty Service Department.

Garrett's journey to his current role includes experiences as a Master Technician and working for large fleets. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of service operations and customer needs, enabling him to effectively address challenges and build lasting relationships with customers.

Outside of work, Garrett is an avid golfer who loves fishing and hunting. He values quality time spent with loved ones. Committed to continuous improvement and leaving a lasting legacy at MHC, Garrett aspires to be recognized as one of the industry's standout leaders, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent and driving excellence in everything he does.

Bill Persichette has been a dedicated member of MHC since November 3, 1997. Currently serving as the Regional New Truck Sales Manager for the Colorado and West Texas region, his expertise stems from over two decades in the family trucking business before joining MHC.

With a keen understanding of the challenges customers face in their businesses, Bill excels in his role, leveraging insights gained from years as a regional vocational salesperson. His specialization in vocational sales has honed his skills in truck specing, contributing significantly to the success of MHC.

Bill's notable achievements include fostering numerous customer relationships, contributing to MHC Kenworth Denver's seven-time win of the Dealer of the Year award. Additionally, he has been a key player in earning the prestigious Kenworth "World's Best" Sales Award multiple times.
