Check out this incredible hair transformation! This client came to me with black box color she had been doing at home during the pandemic. I knew we could achieve amazing results if she trusted the process of lifting slowly and coming in for regular steam treatments in between each color process. And she was game! Over the course of a year, we had six highlighting appointments and six platinum steam treatment appointments. The result? Her hair is now in its healthiest state ever, and she's does NO HEAT styling between our blowout appointments. Trust the process and you'll see amazing results!

Joia is a licensed esthetician in the state of Colorado, launching her career by graduating from Aveda Institute Denver, and continuing her education with certificates in both dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. Specializing in both brow, makeup, and facial technique.

Before becoming an esthetician Joia's insecurities with skin concerns of her own throughout the years gave rise to her passion for makeup, skin health, and product knowledge. After struggling with mild acne she took it upon herself to learn how to achieve makeup looks and find popular skincare products that seemed to work for influencers on social media in hopes to lessen the appearance of acne and dark spots. Only coming to find out makeup was only making her skin worse and not all of the products she saw that work for others on social media will work on everyone's skin.

Because Joia knows the effects that social media can have on one's confidence, she wants to release clients from the unrealistic social media norms of the need for perfect skin and help clients create a realistic skin goal, with both her services and knowledge of the products to help clients keep up with services she provides. The goal is not perfect skin, the goal is healthy skin.

While Providing services Joia's number one goal is to provide clients with a safe private professional space to conduct these services in and to make sure all clients leave with a memorable relaxing experience, give guests the tips tools needed to maintain services, and the confidence to slay the day!

Tyra is a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Colorado as of 2022 Tyra began her career at the Aveda Institute of Denver and is continuing her training as an apprentice studying under Joy, our very own Master Stylist and owner of the Hair And Image studio. Tyra is currently assisting Joy while completing her one on one hands on 90 day training and working her way into a Junior Stylist position at T.H.I.S. Tyra has a enthusiasm for all things Hair, beauty and fashion. Her confidence and positive attitude makes her a leader and a high value team player. Tyra strives to make people feel and look there best as she is well versed in working with all different hair types and textures. Tyra’s strengths are color, cutting and blow-out styling. As a healthy hair care stylist she looks forward to helping all guests achieve the hair of their dreams. Her books are open for November!

Ari, is a licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Colorado as of 2020.

Ari started as an apprentice at The Hair and Image Studio and has worked her way up to a Junior Stylist. She trained over 90 days directly under the vision of our very own Master Stylist.

With her big personality and her ability to connect with clients instantly she is a Joy to work with. Her passion for her work and her guest make her a great team player.

Ari has a passion and gift for coloring hair. She understands color theory and applies her knowledge daily while in the salon. She is our very own curly girl and can teach you how to set your own curls and how to keep them hydrated in our dry climate. Ari has been trained in most natural hair styling of curly hair.

Ari loves to learn and is growing her skills as she is working daily to make a name for herself as now a stylist at T.H.I.S.
